WHY IS AIR DUCT CLEANING NEEDED?

Our Process:
We Clean all the air ducts (supply and return), around the furnace, the plenum, and the 2 main trunk lines (which many companies do not clean). This ensures that all parts of the system are cleaned. We will also sanitize all vents.
Our price is set in stone! It depends on 2 things. Sq/ft of the home and the type of cleaning you want.

We have 2 different ways to clean your ducts, depending on what you feel is best and the type of home you have:
Gold Standard Cleaning - Rotobrush & Silver Standard Cleaning - Positive Air.
GOLD STANDARD CLEANING: ROTOBRUSH –
- We send either a 2.5” tube or a 1.5” down your vents (depending on the size of your vents). In the middle of the tube is a drivetrain, which is attached to a brush and has suction around the drivetrain.
- The brush and suction are activated. The brush will rotate and SCRUB your vents, while the suction will continuously collect the debris.
- We use a shop vacuum to clean up around the vent, to insure your home, as well as, your vents are clean.
SILVER STANDARD CLEANING – POSITIVE AIR
- Tubes are sent into every vent.
- The first pass with the tubes is an agitator to loosen up the debris stuck inside the vent.
- The second pass with the tubes is air power:
- At 150 PSI of air, we blow all the debris out of the vent. (All dust and particles are captured and sucked out, so that your home stays clean.)
- We use a shop vacuum to clean up around the vent.
